Post the problem you want solved. AI first checks whether it fits the site's genre and won't accept it if not. You can post up to 3 questions per day.

AI tries to answer first. If it's confident, its answer is shown as-is; otherwise, it moves to the next step.

AI is tuned against hallucination, but its content isn't guaranteed to be accurate. Please verify important decisions yourself.

Matched with a human expert

An expert whose skills match your question's keywords gets notified. If their answer solves it, pick it as the best answer. If it doesn't, or no answer arrives within 8 hours, you can ask a second expert (escalate) or publish it as a hard question for everyone to help solve.

Escalate to a second expert

If the first expert couldn't solve it, it's handed off to a second expert. It automatically moves to a hard question if there's no answer within 8 hours.

Becomes a hard question

Questions neither AI, the first expert, nor the second expert could solve are published to everyone as a "hard question". Everyone, please help with your knowledge.

Pick the best answer

Once the asker picks a best answer from the responses, the question is marked solved. The responder's track record grows.
